Professional Development

Professional development for art therapists & allied health professionals delivering creative modalities online.
Practical, experience-led training and consultation, from five years of largely-online practice, including NDIS group and individual work.
Who is this for?
This tends to be useful if you're:
-
New to delivering art therapy or creative modalities online and unsure how techniques translate to a screen
-
Running (or planning) online group sessions and finding engagement harder to hold than in person
-
Working with NDIS clients online and want practical, tested approaches rather than theory
-
Looking for a sounding board on cases or format, without a formal supervision arrangement
-
Wanting to build confidence in an area most training doesn't cover in depth

Credibility
I'm Lou Lou, a Professional Member of ANZACATA with five years in practice, most of it delivered online, including individual and group NDIS art therapy sessions.
I'm currently working toward my ANZACATA Supervision qualification. In the meantime, I offer consultation and professional development sessions grounded in what's actually worked (and not worked) in my own online practice.
What this looks like
1:1 Consultation sessions:
Bring a case, a format challenge, or a "how would you handle this online" question.
Professional development sessions: Practical training on adapting art therapy techniques, engagement strategies, and group facilitation for online delivery.
Sessions are online, 60 minutes, booked individually or as an ongoing arrangement.
