nDIS FAQ's
Do you accept NDIS funding?
Yes - both plan-managed and self-managed. Not currently taking NDIA-managed/agency-managed
What ages do you work with?
Children, teens, and young adults, roughly ages 7-25yrs old. Sessions are adapted to the individual, not a fixed curriculum.
Are sessions online only?
Yes, all sessions are delivered online, which means we're not limited by location - you can be anywhere in Australia (or beyond).
Do you offer individual and group sessions?
Both. Group sessions are the hourly rate split between each person attending.
Does my child need to be "good at art" or verbal to take part?
No. Art therapy doesn't require artistic skill or verbal explanation, that's often exactly why it works when other approaches haven't.
What happens in a first session?
The first session is 60 minutes and focused on a gentle introduction - building comfort and trust, and getting a feel for how your child engages with the creative process.
How often are sessions?
Most families start weekly to build rapport and routine, then adjust the pace together based on what's working.
Can we do a call before committing to a full session?
Yes - a free 20-minute intro call is available, no pressure, just a chance to see if it feels like the right fit.
How does invoicing work?
The initial consult is paid upfront, ongoing invoices are issued after each session, itemised for NDIS claiming, and sent directly to you or your plan manager.
