Social Groups

Small, structured online groups for building social connection, in a neuroaffirming environment.

Group sessions bring together a small number of children in a similar age range, using art-making and shared creative activity as the format, which lowers the pressure that comes with more traditional, conversation-led social skills groups.

  • Small groups: Currently up to 6 participants, so everyone gets seen and no one gets lost in the room

  • Ages 9–13: Peers at a similar developmental stage, which makes the social practice land better

  • Online, from home a comfortable, familiar location lowers the pressure a new physical space can add

  • What we work on together: Building regulation tools as a group, practising social skills in a low-stakes setting, and space to learn, experiment, and share without judgement

  • Why groups work well alongside individual sessions: A lot of social skill-building can't really happen one-on-one with an adult. Groups give kids a peer setting to actually try things out, with enough structure and support to make that feel safe rather than exposing.

*For Europe prices are €80 per person

*For Australia, groups can be billed under NDIS group session rates split between each participant.

1:1 appointment prices are $156.16AUD per 60mins.

Social skills, Experienced together
