Cancellation Policy

Late cancellation/No show fee - If an appointment is cancelled within the 48 hour window or missed entirely (no-show), the client will be charged the full fee. To reschedule - Rescheduling must be made 24 hours in advance and be rebooked within a fortnight of initial appointment date (unless otherwise discussed with therapist). Exceptions for Emergencies: In cases of emergencies or sudden illness, please notify therapist.
